I wanted to end my 2021 predictions with some good links, but a lot of other people I look to that make predictions have not made them yet.

Scott has been on my ‘Panic With Friends’ podcast this year and it is worth a listen.

The one theme that speaks to me most from the 8 is…

Talent will increasingly own their audience, with the rise of “channels of one” and community-as-a-service.

As we enter 2020, the platforms are everywhere as are the tools to monetize.

The stars are aligned for an acceleration in the creative economy as the platforms proliferate, but the power moves from the platform to the creator.

I still have to finish up with my 2021 predictions so tomorrow I will wrap up my predictions with some discussions and links to the other big trends in alts (Daddy…What’s a Bond?), media, culture, gaming and cannabis.
