I have been on this Zoom, Sleep, Zoom circle of life for way too long, but the last month of it has been intense.

Late yesterday I finally pulled away from work to take a late afternoon hike in the hills behind our home in Phoenix.

It was later than my normal hike and I caught this great photo coming down at dusk:

I am going to take some time this weekend to catch up on some creative projects and ideas and a few long rides.
