The AWS (Amazon Web Services) financial services division may never get much press but there will be billions in profits. 

Today I’m speaking at the AWS Financial Cloud Symposium in New York. 

All the banks are here. They are all either committed or almost committed to the cloud. 

I’m talking to all the bank project managers I can to understand how they are thinking about it and managing the process. 

As the weird startup guy in the room of 300 plus I would like to say … about freaking time. 

The biggest cost of a financial services startup is the data. You can’t get a break from the goliaths and their monopolies. 

Things are going to change and the language of the markets will be not only the most global and profitable …but also more accessible.
