I had a ridiculous run in with Mike Arrington at the Fortune conference this morning.

I was sitting with some friends and Mike interrupted to call me a thief. He begged that I stop talking about him on Twitter. I explained to him my beef. He has called me more than just names and tried to sabotage deals that I worked extremely hard to put together.

I do have a beef with Mike.

He’s an asshole. His pal Jason ‘The Anus’ is one too. They fancy themselves bullies, using their audiences to push people around.

Not me.

Tonight – Jason has started to ping his audience with lies about why I am upset with them. Jason says it’s because he won’t have lunch with me and that I am upset they won’t have me as a judge on Tech Crunch. It’s quite possible, Jason is trying to be funny. Unfortuneately, it’s just dumb and sad.

Mike lost his cool for no reason again today and while doing so ADMITTED to trying to sabotage two deals of mine. He did that in front of some friends as well.

Mike is a public figure and I guess I am one too on the internet. I can take the personal attacks from him as I dish it out, but only a sick and disgusting person would attempt to sabotage deals based on delusional thoughts.

I think Mike has gone way beyond reason in his personal attacks and I will continue to stand up for myself on this blog and Twitter.
