Janitors are Stocks and People Too on Wallstrip…ABM Industries, Inc.

Janitors were all the rage on Wallstreet until the beginning of June. Now, like most of the market, they are trash :) .

ABM is a great example of a failed breakout. In a difficult market environment, breakouts to all-time highs that looked great for a month or two, quickly fail and give up all the profits. It sucks, but no strategy works all the time.

So what now. Today on Wallstrip, Lindsay takes a look at the business. Here is the Google Finance start page .

This stock was on my ‘damn’ we missed it list when all-time highs were just busting out. Now, it looks like toast. I am not looking to add more stocks to my portfolio now, but I don’t think this stock is dead. It is rapidly approaching the big breakout that occurred on record volume in June.

If the market firms up, so should ABM. Brian thinks otherwise. That’s what makes markets:
