I don’t read Cramer’s blog posts anymore, but his long musings are still some of the best around.

As usual, the behaviour of the board’s is downright negligent.

It’s no different than letting some yutz asset manager watch your money. It must be more than 70 percent who could give a rat’s ass about protecting your assets or their franchise. It’s just hard to manage money and if you get people with inflated ego’s or are just outmatched, you are doomed.

For Citibank, Merrill Lynch, E-Trade and Bear Stearns, you are seeing that you are never too big to blow-up.
