My good friend Paul Grinberg sat down with me to talk about his journey to eat at the 100 best restaurants in the world. I learned that Japan has the most 3 star Michelin restaurants, followed by France.

Paul has travelled the world over and over as President of Encore Capital Group ($ECPG), the largest publicly traded debt buyer.

He is also the Chairman of Axos bank ($AX – San Diego) since 2004, a $10 billion bank that did not need TARP back in 2008.

The most exciting places he sees to invest outside the US are India and Brazil where the middle class is growing and the financial system is being built from the ground up as we speak.
