I am not one for owning BioTech stocks. Just never been comfortable with their volaitility. The drug companies look very comfoortable doing it and Abbot’s buy of KOSP at a huge premium today may start another buyout binge in this space.

In the trucking sector, Swift Transporation, an Arizona company, gets a bid.

Looks like the Saudi Prince and Bill Gates were busy this weekend upgrading their hotel rooms – PERMANENTLY – with their huge purchase of Toronto’s own Four Season’s hotel. Not good for me as the hotel will probably not allow Mac machines and iPods in the hotel.

Overstock keeps blowing up and the stock just gets further distributed on it’s way to an eventual bad event. Jeff Matthews has long been the lead on this inevitable debacle and here are a few posts I added along the way.
