StockTwits Launches Investor Relations Solution for Public Companies

This morning StockTwits launches a product suite which enables investor relations professionals to leverage the power and popularity of social media.

The StockTwits IR Suite allows companies to claim their tickers and take control of their social presence on the leading investor focused social network through listening to, engaging and reaching the broadest possible social audience.

These capabilities are managed via the StockTwits IR Suite’s “Social Dashboard,” a powerful central command center for social communications, analytics and compliance.

Hewlett-Packard, Ford, and Dell are among the 50 public companies that have already added social media to the workflow of IR departments by way of the StockTwits IR Suite.

The suite includes an optional social compliance add on which addresses the unique legal challenges presented by regulated communications in social media.

Social Distribution – This allows companies to disseminate information in real-time across multiple networks via StockTwits through links to other social networks such as Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn, as well as to the sites of StockTwits’ distribution relationships including Yahoo! Finance, CNNMoney, Reuters.com, Bing Finance and Investopedia.

Social Dashboard – This provides companies a powerful central command center that allows investor relations professionals to manage social monitoring and measurement of their social media reach and impact across the entire StockTwits network.

The StockTwits IR Suite is available at no cost for a limited time to U.S. public companies and the social compliance add on is $99 per month.
