I like Garmin (GRMN), Trimble (TRMB) and NavTeq (NVT). I used to love Lojack but have long exited.

Forgot to add, also one of the costs of GPS is licensing the map software to go along with it. Maps are not cheap, especially licensed on a per-unit basis.

Fraser – TRMB is barely off its high. It is a very expensive risky bet up here but definately a major player in the future of GPS
