Today’s reminder fresh from Goldman’s crack research team which I’ve titled ‘Vanguard Won’:

While you trade on this drivel from Goldman’s Sack and tweet about how much you hate Apple and start hashtags like #fireTimCook because they make you buy an extra dongle, may I remind you that today Apple announced their best June quarter ever.

Here is ‘Tim Apple’ on Apple’s 3Q19: “This was our biggest June quarter ever — driven by all-time record revenue from Services, accelerating growth from Wearables, strong performance from iPad and Mac and significant improvement in iPhone trends.”

While Fat Nixon sits on Apple’s throat with his China tariffs and rhetoric…the iPhone installed base grew year-over-year in China.

Most amazingly for Apple is quarterly non-iPhone revenue (everything other than iPhone) exceeded iPhone revenue for the first time in seven years.
