These animals had become way to greedy and complacent. It is not over.
It will need to be soon because we do need them in our global capital markets, but I am enjoying watching these hogs get slaughtered for now.

I’m going to go out on a limb here and speculate that Ned Beatty’s character felt less than average in that scene.
