Today it’s a tiff between iTunes and NBC, 4 months before any deadline regarding their tv distribution deal ends. The NBC lawyers know quite well that the tech blogosphere will ‘eat up’ any noise that the two sides are fighting.

It’s callled jockeying.

Today, the techblogosphere is helping make noise about NBC pulling from iTunes .

In the end, this is noise as a deal will be cut. NBC may be stupid and old, just not completely. Oh and Apple is up 3 on all the noise of the deal cancellation.
