ESPN was questioning which winning streak is more impressive. It’s not close:
1. Tiger Woods winning 7 straight tournaments is incredible. He has to beat the whole field. He now has 55 wins on tour. Absurd.
2. Roger Federer is second but not close to Tiger.
3. Phoenix Suns. While I am biased and the Sun’s are great, they are a distant third.
While I agree Tigers feat is incredible, he did not win 7 straight tournaments- he won 7 straight on the PGA tour. He did lose 2 tournaments in between.
Also, Federers 30 straight sets is like say….30 straight birdies.
This Tiger guy you speak of… I think he’s going to be good some day.
