This is an interesting idea. One thing that might work against it is people being paranoid that their ideas will be stolen if they share them too liberally.
When we created KillerStartups.com we thought about what you just said Mr Angry. Would startups submit theirs, and assume the risk of their ideas being stolen? And we came to the conclusion that they were already a launched startup, a new company already in business. So they really need to be seen, to be known. We think they’ll feel encouraged to ask their fellow internet entrepreneurs about their opinion regarding their startup. We’ll see, so far so good. Thanks Howard for posting about KillerStartups!
It is an interesting idea since there are potentially millions of SMBs in the USA. It sounds like a great idea for collaborating so that SMB owners can help teach each other the best practices for making a business grow.
