Taking stock of MY DEEP THOUGHTS on Sunday Night – NO APPLE iPhone – PLEASE

1. I am not a bear. I am advising caution and coming off margin and have a few puts. It has been a huge market run. I have been a bear. I know the difference. I am leveraged to LIVING!

2. My body is caving in (could be the whole LEVERAGED to LIVING thing). My childhood fillings are cracking left and right. Constant mouth pain. My weight has severly shifted to my hips. I blame my family genes. I resemble a pear! My daughter is 9 this weekend. I just remember her being born. We looked at pictures as usual and I am truly rotting.

I asked my son on the way to the Suns game (another runaway victory), who is 7, if he wanted to work with me after college. He said I would be dead and he would likely start a business with his buddies Max D. and Matty B. Nice.

I can’t see the show desciptions on my flat screen TV. It is four feet from my bed. WTF! Trump’s hair looks good to me. If I was a horse, they would have shot me by now.

I just tweezered a GREY nosehair. Nature is cruel.

3. Tony Romo – Poor bastard Cowboy quarterback. He is seeing all-time highs and lows quite quickly in the NFL. Life can be cruel. Enjoy the good times. PLEASE.

4. Donald Trump needs to be medicated. Letterman handled him very well. It really pays to be shameless though.

5. There is NO WAY in hell that Apple launches an iPHONE. If they do, it is wrong. Blackberry won the war as a tool. I took my daughter to a Verizon store to shop for her first phone (weekends only). It took an hour to set this up, even though it was just an added line.

Too many customer service nightmares to make this Apple worthy.

  1. Well Howard,

Apple won’t be releasing an iPhone because the name is already trademarked, however, Apple definately should release some type of iTunes phone that is a hybrid between a cell phone and an iPod.

I say this as the biggest BlackBerry Fan you will ever find.

There is no question that RIM won the war in the corporate world but the battle hasn’t even started on the consumer side of things.

Regarding # 2, another attorney in the office relates often how when his 9 year old son is asked if he wants to grow up to be an attorney like dear old dad the boy says no…when asked why his response is…because I want to see my kids. funny but tragic.

that’s okay I love you too… you are my favorite iceback…

but I hate VCs because a real butcher of a VC named Bill killed father (Priest was his name) and evicted mother and I from our little hovel in the ghetto in the winter of 81′ (…)..of course she contracted pneumonia and died leaving me an orphan…but I took an oath of revenge against all VC’s vowing to survive and return from the orphange to exact my pound of flesh…and I have returned. My strategy is to cowardly ingratiate
myself amongst your kind and then act will most trusted.

Oh wait a minute I got confused that actuall is not my life story…thats the plot to Gangs of New York.

    LOL

Tony Romo never really had that many highs. One good game with 5 tds against a bad defense doesn’t count. Now Rex Grossman has had highs and lows. MVP one weekend and chump the next. Go Bears…
