So we have a ridiculous lawsuit filed by Viacom who according to Liz, value the potential damages at $24 billion .
I agree with Henry Blodget – big woop . I know what I am doing, getting long the lawyers. Take a look at PrePaid Legal (PPD). The stock is very close to an all-ime high and very Wallstrip worthy. The shorts love this stocks as well.
Obviously no real relation to the Viacom/GooTube story except that this is a great business in the society we live in.
The real important issue is the REACTION to the news. The lawsuits were inevitable and have been building. Interesting timing and noise and the market is no in a good mood for this type of news with Google losing almost 3 percent of it’s market cap.
