Three words I never thought I would say – "Off to Louisville :) "

Taking a few days off from blogging – ya right :( .

Trying to find a GolfNow course in their fair city that will squeeze me in. BY THE WAY – Good to get the Motor City up with GolfNow and you should see Chicago and Milwaukee in a few days.

I need a few days off from a keyboard and Crackberry. My wrists are completely destroyed. Has anyone else started to get that way with tendenitis pain. I am quite nervous actually and will obviously need to make some sort of change.

Andy sent me an article that now says Crackberries are addictive . YA THINK !

Seems that Crackberries are harder to give up than Ambien -WOW – “I picked a bad week to quit sniffing glue!”

Seeing that I can’t do both at once, I am headed off to get some Ambien for the trip.

    Howard,
I’m a typing machine. Albiet a younger version. lol. I have suffered from off and on tendonitis for some time. Three things I’ve tried to do.

    1) I do these exercises regularly. You may find others. They do help.

    2) I bought this keyboard. It helps ALOT versus my laptop keyboard. It’s not the extreme ergonomic keyboard so you can still type at a fast pace without learning an entirely new position. (There are others obviousl)

    3) Carpal tunnel is potential pre-arthritic or pre-diabetic. Eat a diabetic’s diet to reduce the inflation in your body.

There is no cure. We, especially you, are getting old. Hope this is in some way helpful.

I know. I’m joking. The keyboard and the exercises are essential to curing genital herpes. Er, carpal tunnel. Well, one of the two. I can’t remember.

Btw, one more comment then I’m off. Celebrex or Advil also help. But, my body developed a resistance to both because of a severe sports injury. So, now I just have to be manly and bear it. Ciao

I am extremely interested to hear about this trip. I know who is based there (your post is a BIG hint!)

This will be good, I’m telling ya.
