One of my favorite interviews so far is this one with Andy Kessler who really knows the dark lessons of Wall Street.
‘It is a royal pain in the ass to manage someone else’s money’
I love his style of investing (trends), writing and his experience and candor is second to none for aspiring hedge fund managers and writers. In the interview he also talks about trend investing and his biggest winner.
Lot’s of lessons here:
Watching now & enjoying this, man. Read about Andy Kessler moons ago but have never seen him interviewed. Funny that the very investment trends you guys discuss early on (bandwidth, web video) helped make interviews like this possible.
Indeed. He’s cool

I made money with Andy back when he was an analyst at Morgan Stanley. I love the fact that he keeps writing so I can hear his latest thoughts. Here is his website if you want to keep track of him: http://www.andykessler.com/andy_kessler/
Hey Herb, glad to see you back on the tube!
why not use a streaming media control that works in Google Reader?

I’ve enjoyed some of Andy’s op/eds.
Howard, how’s your health now? Your coughing on the video reminded me of your recent post about being under the weather.
still battling the pneumonia. slow going. thx for asking
NP. Hope that clears up soon, and hope you’re throttling back a little on your various ventures to give yourself time to recuperate.
forced too.
